Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

At WebCode Infotech, we value transparency and client satisfaction. Please review the following policy regarding project cancellations and refunds.

 

1. Project Cancellation:

 

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice via email or message. Upon cancellation:

 

Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

 

Any advance payments are non-refundable if work has already started.

 

If no work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be issued at WebCode Infotech’s discretion.

 

 

2. Refund Eligibility:

 

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

 

The client has made full or partial payment and no deliverables have been provided.

 

A mutual agreement for cancellation is reached before major development has begun.

 

Technical errors or duplicate transactions result in overcharging (these will be fully refunded).

 

 

Refunds are not applicable if:

 

The project has been delivered as per agreed specifications.

 

The client delays or fails to provide required content or feedback.

 

The dissatisfaction is due to a change in business strategy or personal preference after work has been initiated.

 

 

3. Mode of Refund:

 

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, Cashfree) within 7–10 business days.

 

4. Service-Based Limitations:

 

Since WebCode Infotech provides digital and time-based services, refunds cannot be issued for work that has already been invested, completed, or delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing.
